PreCogs

PreCogs are enhanced individuals with the ability to see into the future. Despite having enhanced abilities, they appeared to have less rights and control over their lives than regular humans. Often, they were treated as less-than-human. In fact, in the film, John Anderton stated it best not to even view them as human. In addition, the PreCogs' lives were heavily controled by PreCrime, who controlled their hormone levels to make them suitable for the iniative. For example, their dopamine and endorphin levels were increased to keep them from feeling pain and, to keep them from sleeping too much or being too awake, their serotonin levels were also controlled. To add, to enhance their powers, the PreCogs were kept in a protein milk. Overall, the PreCogs were utilized as a form of advanced technology and hardly seen as human. Agatha was the strongest of them all.  

Retinal Scanners

In Minority Report, retinal scanners were utilized to track citizens. They could be found in relatively every building in Washington, D.C. In the film, retinal scanners were notably utilized in stores to greet customers by their full names and mention their last purchases, and in subway stations to scan individuals before they boarded a train. In addition, in the YouTube video depicted, spider-robots are seen entering the apartments of residents unwelcomed and scanning their eyes. In addition, John Anderton's new eyes (after his procedure to swap them) can be seen being scanned. In reality, retinal scanners exist and are said to be accurate due to the uniqueness of every individual. Jetpacks

In this scene, jetpacks were utilized by PreCrime officers in pursuit of John Anderton after he was predicted to have killed someone. He can be seen fighting the PreCrime officers and even going as far as to steal his own jetpack. Moreover, innocent bystanders were affected negatively by this brawl.
